Returning General Products (excluding live plants)
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item (except personalized items) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us to obtain an RMA number and return instruction prior to any return. RETURN WITHOUT RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED


Returning Live Plants
We take care of our plants, each plant is freshly watered and fertilized before shipping to ensure its health upon arrival. If the plant you receive is damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange the return or replacement of the item. Please note defective items must be returned to us to qualify for a refund or exchange. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us to obtain an RMA number and return instruction prior to any return. RETURN WITHOUT RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED


30 Day Guarantee
All our products (including plants) come with a 30 day guarantee. If you decide not to keep your item, we will gladly take them back within 30 days of receipt. Simply return an item in its original condition within 30 days of its receipt and receive a refund of the product price. Please include your packing slip with the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Plants arrive damaged must contact us within 7 days of receipt, 30 Day Guarantee subject to "returning live plants" policy as stated above.
